It has two 220V outlets and a cable with a 2.1 mm diameter plug. The device connects to the 220V mains. The plug connects to an “LED” socket. When the phase to which the plug is connected is activated, the two outlets will supply 220V power. When the phase ends, the device stops operating. For example, it can be used to start moving statues with LED controllers, or other accessories that require 220V power.
