- The customer pays the courier directly upon delivery of the package.
The fee includes a cash-on-delivery charge.
The package is shipped immediately after confirmation by the customer. - Bank transfer
- The customer pays the amount due by bank transfer.
The package is shipped immediately after payment is received.

Right of withdrawal
If you are not satisfied with the product, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the goods. Simply send an email to [email protected] or call us at +39 06.97277591.
The material may be sent to Presepi.com - Via Giovanni Gastaldi 65/69 - 00128 Rome, complete with the original packaging.
The refund will be issued immediately after receipt of the product and the relevant integrity checks, using the same payment method used by the customer. -

You can choose from the following shipping options:
- Courier
- Cost: Euro Euro 8.10 (VAT included)
Same-day or next-day shipping. Estimated delivery within 24/48 hours (business days), excluding some small locations and islands, which may experience delays because they are considered "out of area".
Tracked package, allowing the customer to monitor it by accessing the SDA/GLS/POSTE TRACKING service. - Cash-on-delivery courier
- Cost: €8.10 + €4.27 (cash-on-delivery fee), VAT included.
Same-day or next-day shipping. Estimated delivery within 24/48 hours (business days), excluding some small locations and islands, which may experience delays because they are considered "out of area".
Payment directly to the courier upon delivery, in cash.
Tracked package, with the possibility for the customer to check it by connecting to the SDA/GLS/POSTE TRACKING service.
To ensure a punctual delivery service, we recommend always providing the following as accurately as possible:
your full name (or the name displayed on the building entrance or intercom)
full address including ZIP code and province
telephone number (preferably landline and mobile) for any communications regarding delivery.
We also recommend providing an address where someone is always present to receive the package (office hours).
Please note that for cash-on-delivery shipments, SDA/GLS/POSTE representatives only accept cash payments.
